Allows a multiplicity of new and novel use cases. Emergency shelters and temporary housing can all be utilized continuously with minimal or no existing infrastructure.
Home builders can get higher densities and more units as they do not need to use a large portion of the land for septic treatment.
Build in unbuildable areas such as wetlands, proximity to water supplies, brownfield areas, float homes and extreme rocky environments that do not lend themselves to leach fields.
Municipalities and government agencies are interested in adding more rental units but that usually adds cost to the infrastructure. In urban areas the Waterplantir system can be utilized to reduce the strain and dependency on infrastructure that may not have the capacity to expand.
The system works in flood-prone and areas subject to climate change. Since it's an above ground system, until the flood water exceeds the top of the water planter, the system will continue to function. Water saturation and groundwater contamination are negated because it's a completely enclosed system.
The system is attractive and adds valuable design features to properties substituting plants and planters that can cost as much as the Waterplantir septic system. It is also available with our own proprietary sugar cane developed for rum production!
Each unit is built and assembled in America by workers who care about the quality of their work and the environmental importance of what they build.
